Whoever had this lip before me tried to "sand" it, well.. it looked more like scratches when I first got it. (5/27/05)

Front lip with a piece of 600 grit sand paper next to it. I didn't have 400 grit. =/ Wetsanded with back and forth then up and down motion.

My rear lip was painted before, but no clear coat so I prepped it for clearcoat by wetsanding @ 600 grit. You can see when wet it looks real shiny and the flint black sparkooo! is there..

The paint and primer. The rear lip is already painted, but needs some touching up. I'm hoping to get a good 3-4 coats on the front lip and then a ful 11oz can of clear on each lip.

I applied a clear coat after letting the base dry for a day. I let this dry overnight. (~3 coats on each lip)
