I haven't updated in a long time, partly because I've been a little lazy but mostly because I've been busy (AND SICK!) School started 3 weeks ago and I've been getting back into the grind of things. I'm taking 5 classes this quarter so that I can graduate in June, so there has been a slight adjustment period with that. What made things tough though is that I registered to take the Fundamentals of Engineering (aka EIT) exam this Spring and the administration date is on April 21st, which is this Saturday. So I began to prepare for it, but last week I got really sick (bad timing!) and I've been sick ever since. I'm coming off of it now though and I'm feeling a little better and a little more prepared. Not everything is going great though...
The last week of Winter quarter, My Laptop RAM died on me. This week one of the sticks in my desktop computer decided to stop working. The computer just shut down and wouldn't boot up anymore. I slowly narrowed the problem down and found out it was a bad stick. Good thing Corsair has a lifetime warranty. I contacted them and I'm sending both sticks back since I run dual channel and would preferably like matched sticks. For now I have downgraded from 2GB to 512MB (backup ram) so things are pretty.... sluggish 
Other than that, things are going OK. I've been focusing a lot of my time on the EIT, which I will be taking this Saturday. I'm hoping I pass and I can officially become an Engineer-in-Training, but we'll see. After Saturday, I'll feel a lot less stressed, that's for sure. Anyway, that's all for now. Maybe another update next month. (Kidding!)
