Sorry, No Laptop for You!

I ordered my laptop on November 11, 2006 . My billing information can't be verified (their fault), I speak to a CSR. It gets delayed, I speak to another CSR. Then two months later my order gets canceled after passing through two customer service representatives. To this day, I haven't gotten my money back for the battery they sent.

Thank you for the reply. I'm still waiting for information as to why the RMA is taking so long from you. This entire ordeal has been pretty frustrating for me. I ordered the laptop and battery on November 26, 2006 which was almost two months ago and spoke to two CSR, once because they failed to verify my billing address even though I typed it in correctly the first time (the CSR admitted someone must have typed it in wrong) and the second time when the order was delayed on December 11, 2006. The CSR at that time told me that it must be a mistake in the system and that my system would still ship on time. It turns out he was wrong. The battery shipped on the December 12, 2006, sans laptop. The laptop was delayed to January 22, 2007. Then on January 8, 2007 (after waiting almost a month more) the laptop gets canceled while Lenovo has been with my $119.93 for almost two months and all the while I was stuck with a battery I could not use. I called in on the 8th when my order was canceled to see what the problem was and they told me I couldn't order the laptop I ordered even though it went through the web ordering system and two customer service representatives before it was finally canceled. Then I return the battery, it is delivered on January 18, 2007 which as of now is over a week ago, and I still haven't received my money back yet.

So I'm waiting for your reply, and the approval of my RMA so that I can get what has amounted to the most frustrating online order of my entire life over with.

I guess no laptop for me. Hell, I'm out $120 and I have nothing to show for it except frustration. Great job Lenovo. ugh thumbs up I guess it's time to get a MacBook Pro. rice
