My new MX1000 just came in. 
This thing is a lot more comfortable than my old MX700. I'm not sure about being more accurate than the optical mouse, but I haven't really played any games and I've never had a problem with button clicking accuracy so 
Pretty solid mouse though. Got some more of the templates converted to the new layout. I linked some more emoticons on the comment page as well. They were always there (there are others as well like 
) but now they can actually be clicked on and used.
