Woohoo.
...Too bad I have this stupid midterm to worry about.
Said Elghobashi ratings
I'm a little weary of my professor's ratings.
Looks a little bit.. ... uh... too good to be true?
It probably is too good to be true. Disappointment. That's what I'm feeling right now after the midterm. I studied for a little over two days and when I sat down and flipped the exam over to see the two problems, both worth a total of 40 points, fourty .. percent of our grade which means each point represents 1% of our final grade, I blanked out. I couldn't remember what specific volume was, what the first law of thermodynamics stated or anything. I bombed it.
To make matters worse, there is speculation that he is grading the class straight scale, which means that if I get 10 points on this midterm, I'm going to end up with, at most, a D-. That can't be good for the academic probation
So with that said, I'm going to try to drop the class tomorrow, well petition to drop the class. We'll see how things turn out.
Theres a little bit of sunshine to brighten up this gloomy day.

This would be a lot more meaningful if it wasn't on a straight scale.

I did a lot better on Econ than I thought I would.
While it's amazing what I can do when I apply myself, it is still too early to celebrate. I haven't gotten my math midterm back yet and I have two more midterms next week.
Taking 19 units is hard work.

Good luck this week.
I bet I could've gotten an A on my stats midterm today. I guess I'll never know now.
