I got mad when I canceled my ancestry.com account. They were annoying as hell. I decided to help Sam out with his freephotoipods account. eFax was instant credit so I did that. Canceling was amazingly easy! It was all done online. Theres some informalness about canceling your account via a chat dialogue that I liked a lot.
