Straight up. These guys are on eBay, but they're fucking frauds. I bought two sets of batteries on the 5th, and I paid on the 5th. On the 12th, I receive my package. To my dismay, upon opening the yellow envelope, I found only one package of batteries. Keep in mind, they run a ton of dutch auctions, so you would THINK that something like this would not slip. I immediately contacted them via e-mail, informing them that I had not received my second set of batteries.

I have been using eBay for three years and only had one or two hiccups that were quickly fixed (and one that wasn?t?). Today is the 23rd, 11 days since you e-mailed me back telling me that you would get me the 4 AA Rechargeable batteries. I live in Southern California, so shipping of the batteries should take no more than 3 days on UPS ground. It is definitely understandable that you went out of town for business, but you e-mailed me on the 16th stating that you would send the package out on Monday. It is now the end of Thursday and I haven?t heard from you since Tuesday. I am getting worried about our most recent transaction. In my last e-mail, I said I would send out a paypal request for a refund of the money for one package of batteries. I will take the loss on the combined shipping (that?s the only reason I purchased two sets), but Paypal is currently under maintenance.
